Inventory Manager

By the document Inventory is making inventory of items. We need to calculate all the items of the  warehouse  and then input  them into  the system.

Activities> Inventory Manager

Input the date of the inventory, select the warehouse, in [Items] section fill the number of items, in [Meals] section fill  the quantity of  available meals. In [Result] section you can see the number of items before and after inventory.

To confirm the document  you should try to confirm the input  and out documents, and only after confirmation   that documents  the inventory document will be confirmed. During this actions it is preferable do not use the program by other users and you should make these 3 confirmations directly one after another.

After confirmation the inventory document remain in the warehouse is equal to the inputted factual remain. Report button will display material values flow after this  inventory.
