Users

  GregSys’ users and user groups can be created  in unlimited quantities. Users are grouped according to their roles,  for example, Waiters, Cashiers and other.

For creating user roles

Main menu> Manage> Users> Role List> Add Users Role

Input the Role name, choose the default warehouse  and permissions  that are necessary for the role.

For creating users

Main menu> Manage> Users> User List> Add User

Input  the User Name (must be in English) Pin code (must be numbers more than 4 and less than 10), select users’ role created in advance, select the field [Is Active].

This user will be possible to use GregSys Backoffice module with the same User Name and pin code after activating it in  GregSys Backoffice
